I ordered a plant for a friend who had lost her dog. I received a call the next day from Romy apologizing and telling me that she was not happy with the quality of those specific flowers that they received. She asked if it would be OK for her to check the quality of the flowers the following day and she also told me that she would upgrade the arrangement for my friend. She texted me the next day to let me know that the plants looked very nice and she was getting the arrangement ready to deliver to my friend.
