I ordered a plant arrangement on their website one day and it was delivered the next, exactly as ordered! I ordered the plants to be delivered yesterday, 3/5. Was assured this was going to happen. The invoice says it was delivered today 3/6. Very disappointing.
At first I have to say I was worried. I tried calling the number given online. But no one answered. They did say text the number “customer “ because they were either on the phone, doing a delivery or at an event. That sounded sketchy to me. They did respond via text and email. Needless to say, communication was excellent. But mostly the flowers were fresh, beautifully put together and delivered on time. Great job all. Thank you for making my experience so special being I don’t live near. I live in CT. SO again thank you for your work. Karolina loved the flower arrangement .
