I will repeat basically what I emailed you over the weekend.
I ordered the dozen yellow roses from Shelley, on the Monday
before Easter. We agreed that they would be delivered before
10:00 AM on Easter Morning to Liz Torres at the Vista Village Office where she works.
I called at 10:30 AM Easter morning, and talk to your Liz, who
told me the flowers had been delivered.
Then when I picked up Liz at 12: 30 PM, she said they had delivered the flowers as she was leaving, just minutes before
closing time.
So to answer your question, No, she (or I) did not like the flowers, simply because of the inept way agreed on time of
delivery was carried out. Certainly, lack of communication, and ability to follow directions were missing. And that normally starts with owner/Management.
BTW, Shelley was the only bright spot in my ordering from you. She was very kind, efficient, and business like, and I do
